Rest and Relax

I have always been an advocate of rest and relaxation. In fact, I'm quite the expert at it and I spend half my life being horizontal but sometimes I think it's not enough to just be lying around. To really relax and switch off I need to break the pattern. I am really lucky to have just returned from a mini spa break with my mum. We went to a fabulous spa hotel where we just chilled, swam in the pool and sat in the jacuzzi. It was bliss! I know that not everybody can afford to go to a place like that and to be honest niether can I but it was a very special treat. I feel rejuvinated and totally relaxed. If you can get a little break from your pattern.....Do it! Take a yoga class, take a bubble bath with candles, listen to chill out music or practise some deep breathing (not all at once) Happy Relaxing zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
